She provides guidance to women and mothers in the sacred journey of motherhood, using the Seasons of Matrescence® framework — a strengths-based approach that highlights the cyclical and seasonal nature of motherhood. She also incorporates her studies of Integrative Nutrition and Psychology to guide women to wellness, and believes that mothers are the heart of families and communities. Leah is a wife and mother of two beautiful children, currently residing in the Sunshine Coast region of Australia. She is passionate about human connection, community, traditional healing foods and raising her children with strong cultural ties.
